Please read carefully these terms and conditions. When you agree to purchase from TV2YOU, you enter into a contract with us, and you accept the terms and conditions contained in this notice.

1.  This sale agreement is a legal contract between you and TV2YOU.
2. All prices include GST.
3. Where goods are not purchased for your personal or domestic use, TV2YOU excludes all conditions and warranties.
4. TV2YOU endeavors to send goods to you within 14 days of your order, but if not able to deliver within 28 days will notify you of same.
5. TV2YOU offers a 30 day return policy on all products.
6. TV2YOU will not refund the postage and handling on the product returned, and customer is liable for the return postage before refund will be given.
7. Where a product is returned under warranty, TV2YOU will repair/replace provided your product meets all of the warranty requirements.
8. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all contents as shipped to you.
9. You may not return goods after the 30 day return period has expired unless it is regarding a warranty requirement.
